Fitness has always been a part of my life; being an athlete just came naturally to me. Throughout school, my love for sports taught me the importance of taking care of my body. Resistance training and running was not only a passion but also the foundation for my fitness career. While playing basketball for the University of Windsor, I dislocated my knee. This unfortunate event introduced me to physiotherapy and resulted in taking my first Pilates class.
When it comes to working with clients, my philosophy is to help achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness. With an extensive background in posture analysis, muscle imbalances, and body awareness, I will create a specific training environment that not only motivates, but also empowers each person to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. Our bodies are designed to experience a wide array of movement, and so we must take advantage of this blessing by using it to our fullest.
