"Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle"
Leading a healthy and physically active lifestyle has been something that has interested and sustained me for the better part of my life. I enjoy personal challenges and the feeling I get when I achieve goals I have set for myself. Becoming a trainer was the next step for me and will certainly not be the last! I have a drive and determined attitude to assist people in feeling the way I do about leading a healthy lifestyle.
I understand the type of dedication it takes to get to where you want to be physically and mentally with yourself. After having competed in my first OPA Body building show, Bikini Tall division, I would never try to sell the idea that getting in shape is 'easy' because it has its challenges. That being said after starting my show prep 3 weeks behind the norm, staying dedicated to my nutrition and my work out schedule, I was still able to finish 3rd place in my class qualifying me for 2015 provincials. Through my personal experience I now know that there are also no excuses to getting in shape and at the end of the day it all comes down to how bad you want to achieve your goals.
My goal now is to get you to where you want to be, in a safe but fun and effective way! Commit to your goals and lets make them a reality :)
